I set up private document-query systems (RAG) on the client's own infrastructure, with the documents kept on the client's own server.
I coordinate AI agents and automate processes through APIs, with cost control.

I managed international cooperation projects with DAI (a USAID contractor), Foro Nacional por Colombia, PAX Colombia and AFE Colombia.

Multimedia and AI video

I design and run end-to-end AI video creation systems: script, storyboard, images and consistent characters, animation, voice, music, editing and subtitling.
I produce corporate, institutional and advertising video: company presentations, launch pieces, explainers and social content, with control of cost per piece.
I write advertising and brand copy: scripts, headlines, storytelling and text for campaigns, websites, email and social media, in a defined brand voice.
I create corporate and creative content: articles, reports, presentations, short film, animation, podcast and synthetic-voice audio.
I start from my own audiovisual background (audiovisual language, production, lighting, audio, Premiere Pro and After Effects); AI speeds up a craft I already know.

Web development with CMS
10 years · WordPress, Joomla, low-code and vibe coding
For 7 years I administered the collection of 16 Joomla sites of the Universidad de los Andes' Faculty of Social Sciences, plus projects for the Faculty of Engineering.
I build with WordPress and Elementor, Joomla and SharePoint, with HTML and CSS for the fine adjustments, and with low-code and vibe coding.
I look after user experience (UX/UI), SEO, mobile versions, SSL certificates and security.
I manage hosting and servers with WHM, cPanel and infrastructure as code.

Digital marketing and email marketing
Marketing technologist
For years I sent email campaigns to 10,000–15,000 recipients every day: segmentation, templates, deliverability and metrics.
I design content strategies, social media, SEO and advertising on Google, Facebook and Instagram.
I promoted international tourist destinations to the Latin American market.

Graphic design

I create complete corporate identities: logo, brand manual, color palette and type system.
I design print and digital material, and I know how to prepare a file so the printer produces it well: color profiles, bleeds, resolution and output formats.
I directed the art of campaigns for international tourist destinations at Tm Latin America.
I select images and manage intellectual property for the files.

I lay out magazines, booklets and publications with InDesign and InCopy: grids, typographic hierarchy and pagination.
I designed the educational booklets of the rural post-primary manual for the Federación Nacional de Cafeteros and the Fundación Manuel Mejía.
I laid out the Revista de Ingeniería Química of the Universidad de los Andes (59 pages) and other academic publications.

I led web development, design and marketing projects for universities, international cooperation organizations, NGOs and companies in Colombia, Florida and Panama: Universidad de los Andes (7 years), DAI · USAID, PAX Colombia, AFE Colombia and the Federación Nacional de Cafeteros. I coordinated a team made of a web developer, a graphic designer and a marketing specialist.
